MicroDosing

Microdosing refers to the practice of taking small, sub-perceptual doses of a psychedelic substance, such as LSD or psilocybin, with the goal of enhancing productivity, creativity, and overall well-being. This is in contrast to taking larger doses, which can cause intense and immersive psychedelic experiences. The effects of microdosing can vary from person to person and are not yet fully understood by science. Some preliminary studies have shown promise in the use of psychedelics for treating mental health conditions, but more research is needed. It's important to note that microdosing psychedelics is still considered illegal in many places and should not be done without proper medical supervision.
