EFT or Tapping

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a form of psychological acupressure that combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy with acupressure points. It is based on the idea that negative emotions are caused by a disruption in the body's energy system, and that tapping on specific acupressure points can help to restore balance and alleviate emotional distress.

EFT is often used as a self-help technique to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, stress, phobias, and trauma. It is typically done by tapping on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body while focusing on a specific issue or concern.

While EFT has gained popularity as a self-help technique, it is important to note that it is not intended as a stand-alone treatment for serious mental health conditions. It is always a good idea to consult with a qualified healthcare professional if you are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
